Baker Hughes is seeking an Engineering Specialist - Customer Project Support to provide technical leadership across product infrastructure configuration and documentation. You will work with Systems Engineering, Design Engineers and key stakeholders to ensure accurate templates, BOMs and project deliverables.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Solid understanding of Baker Hughes products, systems, engineering processes and project execution environment.
• Experience with product lifecycle management, configuration management, engineering documentation, quality planning or related digital engineering processes.
• Demonstrate the ability to provide technical leadership, guide others and influence outcomes in a matrixed, cross-functional organization.
• Be able to execute projects and initiatives in a timely manner, managing priorities, risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Be comfortable working in ambiguity, adapting to change, challenging the status quo and contributing with a spirit of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Show a strong analytical mindset, data analysis capability and structured problem-solving skills.
• Have strong oral and written communication skills, with fluency in English both spoken and written.

Mansioni

• Provide technical leadership for definition, governance and deployment of product and project configuration infrastructure.
• Partner with Systems Engineering, Design Engineers, and stakeholders to maintain engineering templates for product infrastructure configuration.
• Evaluate and improve configuration rules to enable new products in Product Configurators while promoting reuse and cost-competitive supply chain strategies.
• Ensure configuration data, documentation, lists and deliverables are accurate and traceable.
• Maintain and update template structures, procedures, and work instructions per standards.
• Act as reference for customer documentation exchange and its integration with PLM and ERP.
• Release Project Documentation Lists and Bills of Material for requisition projects with accuracy and alignment to project needs.
• Lead analysis of feedback from requisition execution to drive improvements in templates and governance.
• Lead change management activities for engineering templates and configuration processes with proper governance.
