EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Quality Project Engineer to join our Quality team in Agordo. You will analyze data, monitor quality KPIs and drive corrective actions to stabilize and improve production processes, with a hands-on approach near the production area.

This role requires an engineering degree and experience in manufacturing quality; you will collaborate with Production and Quality teams, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to risk assessments while delivering

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Experience in quality, quality engineering or production quality within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of quality KPIs, root cause analysis, process improvement and corrective actions.
• Analytical and structured approach, with ability to turn data into practical improvement actions.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to collaborate with production teams in a dynamic environment.

Mansioni

• Monitor quality KPIs, scrap trends and recurring defects to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Define and follow up corrective and preventive actions to improve product conformity and process reliability.
• Support the stabilization and improvement of production processes, working closely with Production and Quality teams.
• Manage quality deviations and critical issues, contributing to risk assessments and recovery plans when needed.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects, optimising processes and improving quality results.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects, audits and the implementation of quality standards within the production area.
