EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Quality Project Engineer to join our Quality team in Agordo. You will analyze data, monitor quality KPIs and drive corrective actions to stabilize and improve production processes, with a hands-on approach near the production area.

This role requires an engineering degree and experience in manufacturing quality; you will collaborate with Production and Quality teams, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to risk assessments while delivering

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Experience in quality, quality engineering or production quality within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of quality KPIs, root cause analysis, process improvement and corrective actions.
• Analytical and structured approach, with ability to turn data into practical improvement actions.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to collaborate with production teams in a dynamic environment.

Your role

We are looking for a Quality Project Engineer to join our Quality team in Agordo. The role is focused on improving quality performance in production, analysing data and defects, and driving concrete actions to make processes more stable, efficient and reliable. This is a hands‑on position, close to the production area, ideal for someone with a solid quality background and a strong interest in continuous improvement.

Salary Package

• Annual Gross Salary 50,000 Eur – 63,000 Eur
• Performance Bonus – an additional Management by Objectives (MBO) bonus as a percentage of the annual gross salary.
