EssilorLuxottica in Italy is seeking a Production Manager to oversee end-to-end operations in a highly complex production area, with fast-paced processes and evolving requirements.

The role leads large teams, manages KPIs, and ensures safety, quality, and performance while coordinating with planning and union representatives; travel may be required.

Your role

We are looking for a Production Manager that is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of a highly complex production area characterized by fast‑paced operations, evolving processes, and a challenging, constantly changing work environment. This role ensures the effective execution of all departmental activities, leading large teams both hierarchically and functionally while maintaining high standards of performance, quality, and safety. The role requires availability to work on shifts and to travel internationally when required.

• Ability to engage and guide staff functions towards department and plant objectives
