EssilorLuxottica in Agordo (BL) invites applications for a Junior Process Engineer. You will join our dynamic operations site, tackling diverse engineering challenges and contributing to innovative process improvements in a global optics leader.

This role requires a background in Materials/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, strong data skills, and fluency in English. You will work with cross-functional teams, gain exposure to production environments, and grow through Leonardo's learning platform.

Competenze

Educational background in Materials, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
Knowledge of materials processing and industrial manufacturing principles.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to data.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

Support process engineering projects on a medium-to-long term horizon.
Collect, organize, and summarize data from production and office activities.
Participate in daily meetings and contribute to reports.
Organize and perform tests on the production floor for validation and improvements.
Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to address needs.
Maintain regular communication across departments.
