Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Latina, Italy, is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead chemical and microbiological laboratories supporting new products and environmental monitoring. The role leads a team of about 40 professionals, drives strategies for analytical methods, control plans, and readiness for product launches, while ensuring GMP compliance and data integrity across functions locally and globally.

Fluency in English is essential; Italian is preferred.

Competenze

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or a related scientific field.
Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical Quality Control, GMP, data integrity, and regulatory requirements.
Fluency in English; Italian language proficiency preferred.

Mansioni

Lead day-to-day laboratory operations, ensuring timely chemical testing for new products and microbiological testing for products, environmental monitoring, and related analyses.
Actively represent Quality Control in cross-functional project teams, providing timely scientific and operational input to ensure analytical methods, laboratory processes, control strategies, and readiness plans support a robust and sustainable product launch.
Drive laboratory readiness and product robustness for NPI launches by anticipating analytical risks and ensuring knowledge transfer into routine operations.
Lead stakeholder engagement for laboratory related activities, maintaining proactive relationships with Quality, Operations, Engineering, and other partner functions locally and globally.
