Johnson & Johnsonis seeking a Quality Assurance Associate for the Borgo San Michele (Latina) site. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract within the Quality department, ensuring product conformance to GMP and national/international standards.

You will review production data, manage quality issues, and support cross-functional investigations. Requirements include a master’s degree in a related field, at least 6 months in pharma QA, strong English, and proficient MS Office skills.

Competenze

• Master's degree in a relevant field (Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology or Engineering).
• At least 6 months of experience in pharmaceutical sector or similar; QA experience preferred.
• Excellent command of English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.

Mansioni

• Review batch records to verify product compliance with regulatory requirements and release batches.
• Manage qualitative quality issues on pharmaceutical lots per specifications and procedures.
• Investigate quality problems and propose corrective/preventive actions with field involvement.
• Collaborate with other departments and international affiliates to support investigations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure daily presence in production to verify operations.
• Execute and define necessary control activities and related SOPs.
