Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry with people-management.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, data integrity, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop talent while fostering inclusion.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across functions.

• Lead day-to-day QC operations, ensuring timely chemical testing and microbiological analyses.
• Represent QC in cross-functional project teams, guiding methods and control strategies.
• Drive readiness for product launches and ensure robust processes throughout lifecycle.
