Competenze

Experience in pharmaceutical QC, GMP, data integrity, and regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop talent while fostering inclusive culture.
English fluency; Italian proficiency is preferred.

Mansioni

Lead day-to-day laboratory operations for chemical and microbiological testing.
Represent QC in cross-functional project teams and provide input on methods and control strategies.
Drive laboratory readiness and product robustness for NPI launches and ensure readiness plans for launches.
Engage with Quality, Operations, Engineering, and other partner functions to align priorities and decisions.
Develop strategic plans to strengthen laboratory capability, performance, and compliance.
