Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate for the Borgo San Michele site in Latina, Italy. The role offers a 12-month fixed-term contract within the Quality Department, focusing on product conformity to GMP standards and proper documentation.

You will work in QA to verify SOP adherence and ensure product quality, with daily presence in production and collaboration across departments and affiliates.

Competenze

• Master's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field.
• Minimum 6 months of pharma/QA experience; QA exposure preferred.
• Proficient English language abilities and good MS Office skills.

Mansioni

• Review batch records to ensure regulatory and quality compliance for release.
• Manage Quality Issues in produced lots according to specifications.
• Investigate quality problems and propose corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with multiple departments and international teams on investigations.
• Identify improvement opportunities and monitor critical production operations daily.
• Define and execute essential QA procedures and controls.
