Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Operations Support Specialist in Borgo San Michele - Latina for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will help update GMP procedures, support root-cause analysis, and promote a culture of quality on the shop floor.

The role requires a scientific degree, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with English ability and pharma experience preferred.

Competenze

• University degree in a scientific field (CTF or equivalent).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• English proficiency required; pharma production experience preferred (6 months).

Mansioni

• Update procedures (WI & SOP) in Operations to promote GMP improvements.
• Collaborate with area leads to identify improvements and review SOPs.
• Ensure shop floor events are reported and managed to identify root causes and effective CPA.
• Support the Operations group to embed a quality-focused culture in processes.
• Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions with KPIs to meet production goals.
