Johnson & Johnson in Latina, Borgo San Michele – Latina, Italy, is seeking an Associate Operations Support Specialist on a 12‑month fixed-term contract to support GMPcompliant procedures and continuous improvement in the Operations area.

You will update WI/SOPs, help identify improvements, report shop floor events with root-cause analysis, and contribute to corrective actions, while maintaining a culture of quality and strong English proficiency.

Competenze

• University degree in a scientific field (Chemistry or pharmaceutic technology)
• Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Good interpersonal, communication, organizational skills; English proficiency required
• Experience in a pharmaceutical production plant is preferred

Mansioni

• Update procedures (WI & SOP) in Operations to promote GMP process improvements
• Collaborate to identify improvements and review SOPs
• Ensure shop floor events are reported and managed with root-cause analysis
• Support the Operations group to embed a culture of quality
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce issues
• Contribute to defining procedures arising from investigations
