Johnson & Johnson is offering a Stage Technical Regulatory associate internship in Latina, Italy, within the Quality Assurance Team. You will support regulatory activities and help ensure compliance across site operations.

The role focuses on reviewing change requests, preparing documentation, and collaboration with internal and external partners. Proficiency in English and Italian, plus MS Office skills and strong communication, are essential.

Competenze

• Degree in Life Sciences (CTF, Chemistry, Pharmacy or Biology) required.
• Proficiency in English and Italian.
• Excellent communication skills and MS Office proficiency.

Mansioni

• Support the check on the completeness and correctness of implementation plans of Change requests
• Monitor Change requests across site ensuring on-time closure per strategy
• Assist with review and approval for closure of change requests after actions
• Prepare registration documentation with internal department and external sites/partners
• Collect and elaborate information and certification required by the HA worldwide
• Review and calculate Key Performance Indicators for the department
• Identify opportunities to improve GMP compliance in plant processes
