Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is currently seeking 1 intern to join our Quality Assurance Team located in Latina, Italy. The role focuses on supporting change request processes, documentation, and compliance within GMP standards.

You will interact with internal departments and external sites while learning regulatory registration practices. Ideal candidates hold a Life Sciences degree, are proficient in English and Italian, and are comfortable with MS Office.

Competenze

Degree in Life Sciences (CTF, Chemistry, Pharmacy or Biology).
Proficient in English.
Proficient in Italian.
Strong knowledge of MS Office.
Good communication skills.

Mansioni

Support the check on the completeness and correctness of implementation plans of Change requests.
Monitor Change requests across the site to ensure on-time closure per strategy.
Assist review and approval for closure of change requests after actions.
Prepare registration documentation with internal departments and external sites/partners.
Collect and analyze information and certification required by the HA worldwide.
Review and calculate KPIs for the department.
Identify opportunities to improve GMP compliance in plant processes.
