Genesys is seeking a Senior Account Executive for the Public Sector in Italy. You will drive strategic growth across a defined portfolio of government and public services, expanding relationships and identifying digital transformation opportunities.
You will position the Genesys Cloud platform at executive levels, navigate complex procurement, and build cross-functional teams with partners to win high-value, multi-stakeholder deals across Italy.
Competenze
- 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
- 4+ years selling to Italian Public Sector organizations, including ministries and national infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of public procurement in Italy (tenders, CONSIP, framework contracts).
- Experience building greenfield opportunities within Public Sector and collaborating with partners.
Mansioni
- Own and expand a portfolio of Public Sector accounts across Italy.
- Develop multi-year account strategies aligned with national and regional digital transformation initiatives.
- Drive adoption of cloud, AI, and digital engagement solutions to improve citizen services and efficiency.
- Navigate public procurement processes and engage senior public sector stakeholders to shape roadmaps.
- Lead complex, high-value sales cycles in regulated environments with cross-functional teams.
