Fondazione Chips-IT in Pavia is seeking a Public Procurement & Tender Specialist to join the Procurement and Contract Management area. You will support analysis, preparation, and management of public procurement procedures, contracts, and administrative acts in compliance with Italian law.

The role offers growth in an international research environment, with potential to assume the RUP role in the short term and to interact across Fondazione Chips-IT organizational units.

Competenze

• Experience with public procurement procedures under Italian law.
• Ability to work autonomously in a structured, international environment.
• Familiarity with e-procurement platforms is a plus.

Fondazione Chips-IT is seeking a Public Procurement & Tender Specialist to join the Procurement and Contract Management area.

The selected candidate will support the analysis, preparation, and management of public procurement procedures, contracts, and administrative acts in compliance with Italian Public Procurement Law (D.Lgs. 36/2023 – Codice dei Contratti Pubblici).

The role involves close collaboration with internal departments and the RUP (Responsabile Unico del Progetto), with the expectation that the candidate will assume the RUP role in the short term. This position offers the opportunity to grow professionally in a structured and international research environment, contributing to the correct management of tender and contract activities across the Foundation.

Candidates with consolidated experience in public procurement, able to operate autonomously, are also encouraged to apply.

This position is based in Pavia, with interaction with all Fondazione Chips-IT operational units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Public Procurement Support: Support public procurement procedures for works, services, and supplies in compliance with D.Lgs. 36/2023
• Tender Documentation: Assist in the preparation of tender documentation, including determine a contrarre, disciplinari di gara, contracts, and administrative acts
• E-Procurement Platforms: Operate e-procurement platforms (MEPA, Traspare, SINTEL or similar) for tender publication and document management
• RUP Support: Provide operational support to the RUP throughout procurement phases, from planning to execution
• Tender Committees: Support tender committees and assist in the preparation of official minutes
• Compliance & Monitoring: Monitor deadlines and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and proper contract management
