Engineering Group nell’Unità Public Sector cerca un Senior Pre-Sales per preparare proposte tecniche di alto livello nell’ambito di gare e contratti-quadro, collaborando con stakeholder interni ed esterni e interfacciandosi con Istituzioni e Agenzie europee.

Le attività includono analizzare bandi UE, redigere offerte tecniche, coordinare materiale (referenze, CV, soluzioni tecniche, stime), gestire relazioni con partner e fornitori, monitorare portali di pubblicazione e supportare ulteriori

Competenze

• Laurea in campo STEM preferita.
• Inglese scritto e parlato almeno B2/C1.
• Elevate capacità analitiche e di sintesi nella redazione di documenti tecnici.
• Ottime capacità comunicative, interpersonali e di negoziazione.
• Atteggiamento proattivo, orientamento ai risultati e rispetto delle scadenze.
• Propensione al lavoro di squadra con numerosi stakeholder.
• L’esperienza in tender e bidding è un plus, ma non obbligatoria.

Mansioni

• Analizzare bandi UE (Fixed Price e Time & Materials) e valutarne requisiti tecnici e referenze.
• Coordinare e contribuire alla redazione di Offerte Tecniche, garantendone qualità e conformità.
• Collaborare con team interni per reperire materiali di proposte (referenze di progetto, CV, soluzioni tecniche, stime).
• Gestire interazioni con partner, subappaltatori e stakeholder durante il processo di tendering.
• Monitorare portali di pubblicazione per identificare opportunità coerenti.
• Supportare, se richiesto, la formulazione di offerte integrative/upsell su progetti già aggiudicati.

What we offer you:

Within the Public Sector Business Unit and, specifically, the EngBelgium ITALIA – EC Technical Directorate, we are looking for a Senior Pre-Sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing and presenting high-quality technical proposals within the scope of framework contracts and public tenders, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders and interfacing with European Institutions and Agencies.

What will your activities and responsibilities be?

Analyse EU tenders (Fixed Price and Time & Material), assessing their technical requirements, selection criteria, references and required professional profiles. Coordinate and contribute to the drafting of Technical Offers, ensuring their quality, consistency and compliance with tender requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Engineering Group to gather materials in support of proposals (project references, CVs, technical solutions, effort estimates). Manage interactions with partners, subcontractors and internal and external stakeholders throughout the tendering process. Monitor tender publication portals to identify opportunities aligned with the company's strategic positioning. Support, where required, the formulation of supplementary and upselling offers on already awarded projects, in coordination with the sales function.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Degree in a STEM field (preferred).
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (minimum level B2/C1).
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with attention to detail in drafting technical documentation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• A proactive attitude, results orientation and the ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• A disposition for teamwork and the management of numerous stakeholders.
• Experience in tender and bidding processes is considered a plus, but not essential.

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of French or other European languages.
• Experience with framework contracts at national and/or European level.
• Experience with European Commission programmes and the procurement dynamics of Public Institutions and EU Agencies.
• Certifications in Project Management (PMP, Prince2) and/or Service Management (e.g. ITIL).

Job Level and Compensation

• Collective Labor Agreement: Metalworking Industry National Collective Agreement (CCNL)
• Level: from level B2 onwards
• Annual Gross Salary: from 42.000,00€ onwards
