Tenova in Castellanza (Italy) is seeking a Proposal Engineer to support the preparation and coordination of technical offers for the Cold Rolling Downstream Team. You will align client specs with internal standards and supplier input while ensuring robust cost estimates and technical documentation.

The role involves defining plant layouts, risk analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, Commercial, and R&D teams. Fluency in English is required; a hybrid work model is offered.

Competenze

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Automation Engineering.
• Good knowledge of contract types and their main features, including international contracts.
• Knowledge of CRM and SAP is mandatory.
• Knowledge of CAD Software, basic automation and data analysis tools is considered a plus.
• Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken) and additional language is an added value.
• Strong teamwork, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

For the position, the starting gross annual salary will be from € 42.000, with the final offer determined based on the candidate's seniority, experience, and skills, as well as the outcome of the selection process.
