Job summary

Metlen Energy & Metals is seeking a Project Scheduler for its M Renewables team in Milan, Italy. You will create, maintain and monitor construction schedules to ensure deadlines are met, liaising with managers and engineers to discuss progress and resolve issues.

The role requires 2+ years of scheduling experience in construction, strong MS Project skills, and knowledge of Primavera P6 is a plus. The starting gross annual salary is €35,100, with compensation aligned to the company’s remuneration

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as planner in construction
High attention to detail
Excellent IT skills and MS Project
Knowledge of Primavera P6 would be a plus
Methodological approach
Italian and English knowledge

Responsibilities

Creating, maintaining and monitoring construction schedules and plans to ensure that deadlines are met
Liasing with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise
Producing progress reports and forecasts for teams members, client and stakholders as directored by Project Manager and Director
Creating a risk management plan
Identifying shortcomings and advise on action plans on cost reduction efforts
Producing tender plans to support bids
Activities related to planning, reporting and monitoring according to execution and development pipeline
