Job summary

METLEN Energy & Metals in Milan seeks a Senior Procurement Specialist to drive procurement and logistics for large-scale renewable energy EPC projects. You will coordinate with Project Directors and Managers, manage supplier performance, and ensure contract compliance and timely material flow.

The role requires a 4–6 year track record in procurement within energy or construction, and fluency in Italian and English. The company offers a competitive, objective-based salary and standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4–6 years in procurement, logistics or supply chain.
• Strong procurement, supplier management and contract experience.
• Excellent communication in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for EPC renewable energy projects, aligned with budgets and construction schedules.
• Lead supplier engagement, RFQs, commercial evaluations and contract execution.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery commitments and quality compliance.
• Coordinate procurement with Engineering, Construction, Finance, Legal and central procurement.
• Oversee logistics and material deliveries to project sites, ensuring timely flow.
• Support tendering with supplier sourcing and market intelligence.
• Maintain procurement records and project governance documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and mitigate risks.
