Emerson is seeking a Project Pursuit Manager Engineered Solutions to identify, shape, and win Europe-wide opportuni­ties. You will lead cross-functional pursuits, engage EPCs and OEMs, and drive orders with a consultative selling approach.

The role demands strategic thinking, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to manage lengthy sales cycles across diverse European markets. Travel across Europe up to 30% is expected, with compensation aligned to local market practices.

Job Description

If you are a Project Pursuit Manager Engineered Solutions professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, Emerson's Measurement Solutions business has an exciting opportunity for you. This strategically important role, based anywhere in Europe with convenient access to Central Europe and a major international airport, is focused on identifying, developing, and winning new Engineered Solutions business opportunities across Europe. As a consultative sales professional, you will engage customers early in their project lifecycle, shape opportunities, influence project specifications, and drive pursuits through to successful order award. You will work closely with customers, engineering contractors (EPCs), OEMs, end users, and Emerson sales teams across the region to position differentiated Engineered Solutions, including measurement and automation technologies integrated into engineered cabinet solutions. Success in this role requires a proactive hunting mindset, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to lead complex sales pursuits in competitive environments. While technical specialists will support solution development, your primary focus will be creating opportunities, building relationships, advancing pursuits, and securing orders.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience selling Engineered Solutions, packaged systems, integrated cabinet solutions, or project-based automation offerings.
• Familiarity with Measurement Solutions technologies, flow measurement, gas measurement, liquid measurement, custody transfer systems, or related instrumentation solutions.
• Experience leading or coordinating complex sales pursuits involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working with major EPC contractors and large capital project environments.
• Understanding of industries such as Oil & Gas, LNG, petrochemical, refining, energy, or other process industries.
• Experience influencing without formal authority and successfully driving alignment across international teams.
• Technical education or equivalent practical expertise in engineering, automation, instrumentation, or a related field.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is 73.500 to 105.000 EUR annual total compensation commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
