Siemens Energy is seeking a Project Manager within the Power Services Controls & Digitalization Business Unit to own maintenance contracts and projects from execution through delivery. You define execution strategies, manage resources, oversee risk analysis, and align with contractual commitments and business targets.

You will collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders, balance time, cost, scope, and quality, and promote continuous improvement while ensuring safety standards and

Competenze

• 3+ years as Project Manager in automation systems and power plant architectures in the energy sector.
• Strong customer focus, target orientation, initiative, autonomy and collaboration with diverse teams.
• Ability to analyze technical specifications; knowledge of sales techniques is an advantage.
• Fluency in Italian and English; willingness to travel across Italy and internationally.
• PM certification and international experience in automation/energy; knowledge of Siemens components is a plus.
