You will define project execution strategies, manage resources, oversee risk analysis, and ensure project objectives are achieved in line with contractual commitments and business targets. Working closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and service management, you will balance time, cost, quality, and performance while maintaining strong relationships across all project phases. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, capturing lessons learned, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The Power Services Controls & Digitalization Business Unit manages maintenance contracts and projects supporting customers across the energy sector. The team is responsible for delivering automation and digitalization solutions while ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and successful project execution. Team members collaborate closely with customers, service management, engineering specialists, and other key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The organization focuses on resource planning, project controlling, risk management, contract execution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working in this team offers exposure to complex power plant and automation projects in a dynamic and flexible environment. You will act as a central point of contact, helping coordinate activities and ensuring alignment between customer expectations and project objectives.

The total compensation package for this position, including both fixed and variable components, ranges between € 58.000 – € 72.000 gross per year.
Salary ranges for this role are provided in accordance with applicable local legislation. The stated range is based on the Italian labour market.
Where a role may be performed in multiple locations in Italy or abroad, compensation will vary depending on factors such as market conditions, including the local cost of living, as well as experience and qualifications.
