Ljb & Co in Italy is looking for a senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale interior fit-out packages for hyperscale data centres and commercial projects across Europe. You will coordinate design, procurement, and site activities to ensure safety, quality, and on-time handover.

You will work with clients, consultants, and cross-functional teams to manage budgets and programmes while driving continuous improvement, recovering schedules when needed, and shaping delivery at scale.

Competenze

• Minimum 8 years' construction experience.
• At least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Excellent leadership, planning, commercial, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders on fast-paced projects.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel across Northern Europe.
