Ljb & Co is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale interior fit-out packages for hyperscale data centres and commercial projects across Europe. You will coordinate design, procurement, and site activities to ensure safety, quality, and on-time handover.

You will work with clients, consultants, and cross-functional teams to manage budgets and programmes while driving continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role with a strong European project slate.

Competenze

• Minimum 8 years' construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of drywall, ceilings, partitions, raised access flooring and related interior fit-out packages.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.

• Oversee projects from pre-construction to handover.
• Develop and manage programmes, labour plans, and resource schedules.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders on fast-paced construction projects
