LJB & Co seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale interior fit-out packages for hyperscale data centres and commercial projects across Europe. You will coordinate design, procurement, and site activities to ensure safety, quality, and on-time handover while managing budgets and programmes.

With minimum 8 years in construction and 5+ years in project management, you will drive value through leadership, planning, and strong client communication across Northern Europe.

Competenze

• Minimum 8 years' construction experience.
• At least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Excellent leadership, planning, commercial, and communication skills.
• Full driving licence.
• Willingness to travel across Northern Europe.
• Data centre experience is highly desirable.

In this role you will lead the delivery of large-scale interior fit-out packages for hyperscale data centres and commercial projects across Europe. You will coordinate design, procurement, and site activities to ensure safety, quality, and on-time handover. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and cross-functional teams to manage budgets and programmes while driving continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role with a strong European project slate and opportunities to shape delivery at scale.
