Ljb & Co is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale interior fit-out packages for data centres and commercial projects across Europe. You will oversee design coordination, procurement, and site operations to ensure safety, quality and on-time handover.

The role requires a minimum of 8 years construction experience, with at least 5 years in project management, and a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering. Travel across Northern Europe is expected.

In this role you will lead the delivery of large-scale interior fit-out packages for hyperscale data centres and commercial projects across Europe. You will coordinate design, procurement, and site activities to ensure safety, quality, and on-time handover. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and cross-functional teams to manage budgets and programmes while driving continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role with a strong European project slate and opportunities to shape delivery at scale.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders on fast-paced construction projects
• Full driving licence
