Ljb & Co is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale interior fit-out packages across Europe, focusing on safety, quality, and on-time handover. The role manages design, procurement, and site activities, coordinating with clients, consultants and cross-functional teams to drive programmes and cost forecasting.

You will oversee risks, variations and client communications while leading site teams, with a strong emphasis on drywall and raised access flooring fit-outs for data

In this role you will lead the delivery of large-scale interior fit-out packages for hyperscale data centres and commercial projects across Europe. You will coordinate design, procurement, and site activities to ensure safety, quality, and on-time handover. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and cross-functional teams to manage budgets and programmes while driving continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role with a strong European project slate and opportunities to shape delivery at scale.

• Oversee projects from pre-construction to handover
• Develop and manage programmes, labour plans, and resource schedules
• Coordinate design with clients, consultants, and project teams
• Manage budgets, procurement, and cost forecasting
• Lead site management, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor progress and implement recovery plans as needed
• Ensure contract compliance, quality, and HSEQ procedures
• Manage risks, variations, and client communications
• Collaborate with Commercial Team on valuations and cost reporting
• Chair meetings and produce regular progress reports
• Foster strong client relationships throughout delivery
• Drive commissioning and project handover success
• Minimum 8 years' construction experience
• At least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of drywall, ceilings, partitions, raised access flooring, and related interior fit-out packages
• Data centre experience is highly desirable
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
• Excellent leadership, planning, commercial, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders on fast-paced construction projects
• Full driving licence
• Willingness to travel across Northern Europe
