Ljb & Co seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead interior fit-out packages for hyperscale data centres and commercial projects across Europe. You will coordinate design, procurement, and site activities to ensure safety, quality, and on-time handover, while managing budgets and programmes.

This role requires a minimum of 8 years' construction experience and at least 5 years as a Project Manager, with strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

In this role you will lead the delivery of large-scale interior fit-out packages for hyperscale data centres and commercial projects across Europe. You will coordinate design, procurement, and site activities to ensure safety, quality, and on-time handover. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and cross-functional teams to manage budgets and programmes while driving continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role with a strong European project slate and opportunities to shape delivery at scale.
