Job summary

426 Group is seeking a Project Manager in Corporate Development to play an active role in shaping a growing group of companies. Location is Pineta di Laives (Bolzano Sud).

The role involves driving change, coordinating across locations, and supporting integration of new subsidiaries. The ideal candidate has a university degree in business or related fields, strong initiative, and excellent German and Italian language skills.

Your profile

• A university degree, for example in Business Administration, Management, Business Information Systems, or a comparable field.
• A high level of initiative, a willingness to learn, and the flexibility to quickly adapt to new topics and changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to align stakeholders and follow through on agreed actions.
• Enjoyment of working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• The ability to engage people in change processes and successfully drive initiatives forward, even when interests differ.
• Excellent German and Italian language skills.
