Job summary

The role involves driving change, coordinating across locations, and supporting integration of new subsidiaries. The ideal candidate has a university degree in business or related fields, strong initiative, and excellent German and Italian language skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to process optimization and digitalization projects and ensure initiatives are implemented reliably and effectively.
• Support marketing and organizational development initiatives across the group.
• Assist in the integration of newly acquired subsidiaries.
• Coordinate activities across locations and track open tasks and next steps.
• Support the management team in special projects and group-wide initiatives.
• Contribute to M&A and growth projects.
