Relatech SPA in Rome, Italy, is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technical projects in a dynamic, multi-team environment. You will manage end-to-end IT and software development projects, coordinating cross-functional teams across time zones and with external clients.

The role requires strong leadership, Agile expertise, and excellent communication. Fluency in English is required, French is a plus, and professional PMP/PSM certifications are preferred.

You will join a team working on international project, contributing to the development of innovative solutions while collaborating with professionals from diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise. We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technical projects in a dynamic, multi-team environment. The role requires strong leadership, Agile expertise, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

What You'll Do

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• In-depth knowledge of Agile practices and artifacts (e.g., user stories, epics, backlog management, Definition of Ready/Done).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in environments involving multiple development teams.
• Ability to foster proactive, self-organizing teams.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Fluency in English (required).
• Proficiency French (Plus).
• Professional Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
• Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM or equivalent).
• Good knowledge of Italian (written and spoken).
