Ingersoll Rand is seeking an Inventory & Material Planner for the Parma site. The role focuses on material planning and procuring resources to support production plans and meet service targets.
You will manage supplier relationships, monitor POs, and ensure material availability while optimizing inventory levels. Collaborate with Production Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Customer Service to maintain supply continuity.

Job Summary
The Inventory & Material Planner is responsible for material planning and the procurement of resources required to support the production plan and achieve customer service objectives.
The role manages an assigned supplier portfolio, monitoring material requirements, purchase orders, order confirmations, and deliveries to ensure material availability while maintaining inventory levels aligned with operational needs and company targets.
The position requires close collaboration with Production Planning, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Procurement, and suppliers to ensure supply chain continuity and support production priorities.
Responsibilities
Identify and mitigate risks related to stock-outs, excess inventory, and obsolescence.
