IMA Group, via PharmaSiena, is seeking a Project Manager to lead aseptic filling projects in Siena, Italy. You will manage projects per URS, coordinate a PM team, and oversee progress meetings, planning activities, and risks from FAT to contract closure.

The ideal candidate has a technical degree with 5+ years in a similar role and excellent English. Spanish knowledge and PMP certification are a plus, as is a customer-oriented mindset and cross-functional collaboration.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Excellent command of English.

For PharmaSiena, an IMA Group company specializing in the design and manufacture of systems and machines for the aseptic filling of vials, bottles, and syringes, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team.

Location: Siena, Italy.

The Role

• Manage projects in compliance with customer requirements (URS).
• Coordinate a dedicated project management team.
• Organize and lead regular project progress meetings, planning activities and managing project risks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, monitoring compliance with contractual obligations, managing change orders, and organizing and leading regular customer meetings.
• Keep the Sales department aligned on any project-related issues, jointly managing customer escalations when required.Plan, manage, and participate in all major project milestones, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and ensure closure of all post-FAT punch list items.
• Oversee the installation phase of projects through to contract completion, with the support of dedicated resources responsible for on-site coordination at the customer’s premises.
• Review and analyze project challenges and lessons learned, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or Automation Engineering; alternatively, a Technical High School Diploma.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Excellent command of English.

Compensation Package

The starting gross annual salary will be €35,000, under the Italian Metalworking Industry Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria), with the possibility of an increase based on the candidate's experience and skills, in accordance with objective and gender-neutral criteria.
