Quest Global in Florence is offering a Project Management Support / Controller internship. The role trains you to handle project management support and client reporting within a global organization.

The position requires a High School Diploma or higher, strong Excel and data skills, and fluency in Italian and English (B2). Salary range is 10,000–12,000 EUR with internal training and growth potential.

Competenze

• Bachelor level or higher in finance or accounting.
• Excellent Italian (professional) and fluent English (minimum B2).
• Strong Excel skills; MySQL knowledge is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-driven approach.

Mansioni

• Support Program and Project Management Teams by tracking POs and activity status.
• Maintain internal database ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Interact with global management as needed for questions or updates.
• Monitor projects and status, applying procedures and proposing improvements.
