Poutrix in Milan is seeking a Project Management Intern to assist in planning, executing, and managing project work. The intern will support the project team, facilitate communication with stakeholders, and track project progress.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, or Civil Engineering, has relevant project management experience, and is fluent in English and Italian. Knowledge of AutoCAD and project management tools is preferred.

The position offers a salary range of €600 – €850 net per month.

Role Description

As a Project Management Intern, you will assist the (Senior) PM in planning, executing, and finalizing the management work of projects in accordance with the agreed deadlines. You will also help coordinate the project team, manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and all stakeholders.

Once the individual objectives of the project have been defined, your duties include verifying at every stage that the activities assigned to the whole team are carried out and ensuring the quality of the work.

Role Accountabilities

• Support one or more projects, following their correct execution according to the defined contractual methods.
• Track projects and development plans, working with the project team.
• Maintain active communication within and outside the organization.
• Participate in and conduct periodic meetings to verify alignment with previsions regarding progress.
• Draw up summary reports of the weekly and monthly meetings, monitoring the progress of activities, creating/modifying schedules and budgets.

Qualifications & Experience

• A degree in Architecture, Building Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• Previous experience in Project Management or Design Coordinator in the hospitality sector is a strong plus.
• Excellent level of English (B2/C1) and Italian (B2); knowledge of other languages a plus.
• Technical background to attend and intervene in technical meetings.
• Coordination and time‑management skills, ability to plan and direct coordination meetings.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Office package, Microsoft Project.
• Availability to travel.
