Job summary

Bonatti S.p.A. in Italy seeks an experienced HR Generalist to manage project personnel across construction sites. You will report to the Project Manager and Headquarters HR, handling staffing, labour law matters and day‑to‑day HR activities for the project workforce.

The role requires coordinating with staffing agencies, supporting local recruitment, monitoring costs, ensuring HR process compliance, and delivering periodic reports to Headquarters in a demanding EPC environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law, Economics, Social Sciences or similar.
• 2–3 years’ experience as HR Generalist in multinational companies; site personnel experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and National Collective Agreement.
• Excellent project management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project in HR management and labour law matters.
• Facilitate staffing and demobilization for Project personnel.
• Assist administrative activities of Project personnel.
• Manage temporary staffing agencies and verify workers' documentation.
• Support local recruitment and coordinate with agencies and employment centers.
• Monitor personnel cost variations via a digital workforce planning system.
• Coordinate HR processes and procedures at Project level for compliance.
• Monitor benefits assignment and management per company agreements.
• Provide periodic HR reports to Headquarters.
• Coordinate General Services and Facilities for the workforce on site.
