BKN301 cerca un Program Manager per guidare programmi fintech complessi con impatto tecnologico e strategico. Sarai responsabile dall’ideazione all’esecuzione, coordinando team internazionali e fungendo da consulente fidato per i senior leader.

La funzione richiede esperienza significativa in gestione programmi internazionali, forte leadership e capacità di parlare in inglese, con preferenza per contesti fintech.

Competenze

• 5+ anni di esperienza in gestione progetti o programmi, preferibilmente in fintech, banking o consulenza.
• Provata esperienza in programmi IT di trasformazione, migrazioni o progetti regolamentari.
• Gestione di programmi internazionali complessi (multi-paese o multi-flussi).
• Forti competenze di stakeholder management e leadership su ambiti tecnici e di business.
• Ottime capacità organizzative, analitiche e comunicative.
• Fluente in inglese.
• Familiarità con framework Agile e strumenti di delivery (Jira, Confluence).

Mansioni

• Pianificare e guidare programmi fintech e banking complessi definendo roadmaps, fasi e KPI.
• Coordinare team cross-funzionali (Tech e Product) e gestire fornitori o clienti.
• Conseguire la delivery di programmi multi-stream allineati alla strategia di BKN301.
• Costruire e mantenere governance e reporting per visibilità e controllo.
• Gestire rischi, dipendenze e priorità tra più flussi di lavoro.
• Promuovere approcci Agile o ibridi e il miglioramento continuo.

Your Role

As a Program Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional projects with strong technological and strategic impact.

You’ll take full ownership from planning to execution, coordinate international teams, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership — driving alignment, innovation, and transformation across markets.

A few examples of your responsibilities

• Plan and lead complex fintech and banking programs, defining roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g. Tech and Product) and manage vendors or clients.
• Drive the successful delivery of multi-stream programs aligned with BKN301's strategy.
• Build and maintain governance and reporting frameworks for visibility and control.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and priorities across multiple workstreams.
• Promote Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in fintech, banking, or consulting.
• Proven track record in IT transformation programs, migrations, or regulatory-driven projects.
• Experience managing complex, international programs (multi-country or multi-stream).
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills across technical and business areas.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and delivery tools (Jira, Confluence).

Nice to have:

• Background in finance, economics, or consulting (Big4).
• Experience in scaleups or fintech environments (BaaS, payments, digital banking).
• Knowledge of PSD2, AML, GDPR, and cloud/SaaS ecosystems.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum, SAFe)
