BKN301, fintech internazionale, cerca un Program Manager per guidare programmi complessi cross‑funzionali con impatto tecnologico e strategico. Seguirai pianificazione ed esecuzione, coordinerai team internazionali e agirai da consulente fidato per la leadership.

Responsabilità chiave: definire roadmaps, milestone e KPI; gestire vendor o clienti; guidare delivery multi‑stream; costruire governance e reporting; gestire rischi e dipendenze, promuovendo metodologie Agile o ibrido.

Competenze

• 5+ anni di esperienza in gestione progetti/programma, preferibilmente fintech/banking/consulenza.
• Esperienza comprovata in programmi IT internazionali (multi‑paese o multi‑stream).
• Ottima gestione delle parti interessate e leadership trasversale.
• Fluente in inglese (scrittura e conversazione).
• Conoscenza di Jira e Confluence.

Your Role

As a Program Manager, you'll lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional projects with strong technological and strategic impact.

You'll take full ownership from planning to execution, coordinate international teams, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership — driving alignment, innovation, and transformation across markets.

A few examples of your responsibilities

• Plan and lead complex fintech and banking programs, defining roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g. Tech and Product) and manage vendors or clients.
• Drive the successful delivery of multi-stream programs aligned with BKN301's strategy.
• Build and maintain governance and reporting frameworks for visibility and control.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and priorities across multiple workstreams.
• Promote Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in fintech, banking, or consulting.
• Proven track record in IT transformation programs, migrations, or regulatory-driven projects.
• Experience managing complex, international programs (multi-country or multi-stream).
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills across technical and business areas.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and delivery tools (Jira, Confluence).

Nice to have:

• Background in finance, economics, or consulting (Big4).
• Experience in scaleups or fintech environments (BaaS, payments, digital banking).
• Knowledge of PSD2, AML, GDPR, and cloud/SaaS ecosystems.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum, SAFe)
