BKN301 in Milan is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery of complex fintech and banking programs with cross-functional teams. You will own projects from planning to execution, coordinating international teams, and advising senior leadership to drive alignment and transformation across markets.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in fintech, banking, or consulting.
• Proven track record in IT transformation programs, migrations, or regulatory-driven projects.
• Experience managing complex, international programs (multi-country or multi-stream).
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills across technical and business areas.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and delivery tools (Jira, Confluence).

Your Role

As a Program Manager, you'll lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional projects with strong technological and strategic impact.

You'll take full ownership from planning to execution, coordinate international teams, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership - driving alignment, innovation, and transformation across markets.

A few examples of your responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in fintech, banking, or consulting.

Nice to have:

• Background in finance, economics, or consulting (Big4).
• Experience in scaleups or fintech environments (BaaS, payments, digital banking).
• Knowledge of PSD2, AML, GDPR, and cloud/SaaS ecosystems.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum, SAFe)
