BKN301 is seeking a Senior .NET Developer – Technical Lead to guide development teams in Sassari, Italy. You will translate business goals into technical plans, review code, and drive architectural decisions while delivering fintech solutions for global markets.

The role requires 7+ years of software engineering, deep .NET experience, and strong leadership. It offers a permanent, full-time contract with a salary range of €40.000 – €45.000 RAL and an international, collaborative environment.

Your Role

As a Senior .NET Developer – Technical Lead, you'll be responsible for supporting development teams across the organization, guiding them through technical requirements, coordination and day-to-day execution. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to structure and deliver work effectively, drive technical training and knowledge sharing, review pull requests and contribute directly to coding and implementation when needed.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET / .NET Core (versions 6–10).
• Solid knowledge of ASP.NET Core MVC and Web APIs.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and Clean Code practices.
• Experience with Unit Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and practices.
• Proficiency in Git and GitHub.
• Fluency in English.
