BKN301, fintech internazionale con sedi a Milano, cerca un Senior .NET Developer – Technical Lead per guidare i team di sviluppo e tradurre obiettivi di prodotto in soluzioni robuste. Offriamo contratto a tempo indeterminato, livello retributivo RAL 40.000–45.000, ambiente dinamico e internazionale, opportunità di crescita e formazione.

Requisiti chiave includono 7+ anni di esperienza, C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core MVC, TypeScript, principi SOLID, test unitari, microservizi, CI/CD e Git/GitHub.

Competenze

• 7+ anni di esperienza nello sviluppo software.
• Padronanza di C# e .NET / .NET Core (versioni 6–10).
• Conoscenza di ASP.NET Core MVC e Web APIs.
• Padronanza di TypeScript.
• Comprensione dei principi SOLID e delle pratiche Clean Code.
• Esperienza con Unit Testing.
• Esperienza pratica con architettura a microservizi.
• Familiarità con CI/CD e pratiche.

Mansioni

• Contribuire alle attività di coding e revisioni Pull Request per garantire qualità del codice.
• Tradurre obiettivi di prodotto e business in requisiti tecnici chiari.
• Supportare i team di sviluppo nel definire approcci tecnici e risolvere sfide di implementazione.
• Organizzare ed erogare sessioni di formazione tecnica e condivisione delle conoscenze.
• Coordinare attività tecniche tra i team di sviluppo per allineamento ed esecuzione.

Your Role

As a Senior .NET Developer – Technical Lead, you'll be responsible for supporting development teams across the organization, guiding them through technical requirements, coordination and day-to-day execution. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to structure and deliver work effectively, drive technical training and knowledge sharing, review pull requests and contribute directly to coding and implementation when needed.

A few examples of your responsibilities

• Contribute to coding activities and perform Pull Request reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Translate product and business goals into clear technical requirements and implementation guidelines.
• Support Development teams in defining technical approaches and resolving implementation challenges.
• Organize and deliver technical training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Coordinate technical activities across Development teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
• Promote and reinforce development standards, best practices, and engineering quality.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET / .NET Core (versions 6–10).
• Solid knowledge of ASP.NET Core MVC and Web APIs.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and Clean Code practices.
• Experience with Unit Testing.
• Hands‑on experience with Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and practices.
• Proficiency in Git and GitHub.
• Fluency in English.
