Still I Rise cerca un Coordinatore di Programma per gestire le attività operative e garantire che i programmi siano eseguiti in modo efficace. Il candidato ideale avrà una laurea pertinente e 3-5 anni di esperienza nel coordinamento di programmi o gestione progetti. La posizione richiede eccellenti capacità comunicative e organizzative, nonché competenze in logistica e HR. La conoscenza di lingue come l'inglese è fondamentale, mentre l'arabo è un valore aggiunto. Offriamo un ambiente dinamico e multicultural.

Competenze

  • 3-5 anni di esperienza nella coordinazione di programmi o gestione progetti.
  • Esperienza dimostrata nella creazione di capacità e supporto a team multiculturali.

Descrizione del lavoro

The Program Coordinator (PCO) ensures the effective operationalization of the strategic components of Still I Rise programs. Working in close liaison with country teams, senior management, and cross-functional departments, the PCO oversees the planning and execution of program activities through a structured workflow.

The Program Coordinator contributes to long‑term sustainability by promoting capacity‑building and ownership within teams.

The role includes logistical and HR coordination while the PCO is also responsible for ensuring that health, safety, environmental, and security standards are implemented consistently throughout the operational framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of program activities in alignment with organizational strategies
  • Ensure structured workflows are in place to support smooth program implementation across multiple country teams
  • Provide logistical and HR coordination support, reinforcing technical leads through structured processes and training
  • Promote capacity‑building initiatives to strengthen local teams and encourage ownership of program activities
  • Monitor compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) standards across all operations
  • Liaise effectively with senior management, functional departments, and external partners to ensure timely communication and program alignment
  • Support the preparation of reports, budgets, and work plans, ensuring accuracy and accountability
  • Assist in risk identification and propose mitigation measures for program activities
  • Contribute to the development of tools, training modules, and standardized practices to enhance program quality and sustainability
Qualifications
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Experience:
    • 3‑5 years of professional experience in program coordination, project management, or NGOs operations
    • Demonstrated experience in capacity building and cross‑cultural team support
    • Background in humanitarian, educational, or development settings is an asset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to liaise across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of HR and logistics processes in program settings
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multicultural and dynamic environments
  • Languages:
    • Fluency in English required; Arabic is considered a strong asset; knowledge of Italian, Spanish, French is an advantage.
