Plan International is seeking a Grants Finance Officer to join the Grants Finance team supporting ITNO (Italy). The role involves financial management of Plan Italia projects, close collaboration with country offices and partners to ensure compliant, sound financial practices and donor reporting.

The successful candidate will monitor budgets, prepare financial reports in Italian and English, and coordinate with operations to ensure regulatory compliance with major institutional donors such as

Competenze

  • A degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Cooperation, or related field.
  • A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Prior experience in the third sector is essential.
  • Excellent command of English and good command of French.
  • Solid knowledge of funding sources and the procedures/regulations of major institutional donors.
  • Experience with projects funded by AICS and the European Commission (DG ECHO).
  • At least 3 years' experience in financial and administrative management of AICS-funded projects.
  • Experience using monitoring and evaluation tools.
  • Experience preparing financial reports and managing all administrative and procedural aspects related to compliance with institutional donor guidelines.
  • Excellent command of the Office suite and Excel, and familiarity with key IT tools.
  • Experience with Navision ERP and/or reports managed or extracted from SAP is an asset.

Mansioni

Your mission

Your profile
