TE Connectivity Ltd. seeks a Production Supervisor for TE SSalvo in Abruzzo, Italy. You will manage and develop a manufacturing team, drive safety, quality and productivity, and coordinate daily operations with a focus on continuous improvement.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching Team Leaders, and alignment with Lean practices and company standards. Preferred degrees and shift availability apply, with English proficiency and SAP/Microsoft Excel skills valued to optimize resources

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum in a similar position.
• Strong team formation and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge in mechanics and in the polymer process technique.
• Good English knowledge, verbal and in writing.
• Availability to work for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the production team, ensuring integration, training and performance evaluation.
• Promote safety, quality and productivity by applying best practices and company standards.
• Coordinate daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with support functions to meet shift objectives and production targets.
• Lead team meetings and coach Team Leaders to promote autonomy and accountability.
• Oversee product and process tests and participate in audits to ensure compliance.
