Ariston Group, a global leader in sustainable climate and water comfort, invites a Production / Operations Engineer Intern to join the Production Team. You will monitor KPIs on the shop floor and support ongoing improvement projects in a complex manufacturing environment.

Working closely with the Time & Methods team, you will assist in planning, scheduling, root-cause analysis and standardization, with a real opportunity to develop a Master’s thesis on a production or operational challenge.

Competenze

• Master's degree or final-year student in Management Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and production management.
• Lean Manufacturing, WCM and continuous improvement know-how.
• Strong interest in production planning and shop-floor management.

Mansioni

• Monitor and analyze key production KPIs and support improvement actions.
• Support daily production and Gemba meetings and monitor performance.
• Assist production planning and scheduling activities.
• Analyze production capacity, workloads and constraints.
• Collaborate with Time & Methods to improve line balancing.
• Support standardization through SOPs and standard work.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving activities.
• Contribute to Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and WCM initiatives.
