Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Production Manager in Correggio, Italy, to lead cross-functional manufacturing teams and ensure safe, on-time, high-quality production. You will integrate manufacturing operations with inbound logistics, drive Six Sigma and continuous improvement, and align with management on long-term strategy.

The role requires a strong background in high-volume manufacturing, ERP proficiency, and hands-on leadership to optimize safety, cost, and performance across the plant.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional manufacturing teams.
• Strong background in production planning, logistics and lean manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop diverse teams.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing is a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee full scope of manufacturing operations including Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Planning, Logistics, and Shop Floor teams.
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Ensure efficient material flow from inbound logistics to production lines.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of raw materials.
• Develop and execute production plans aligned with customer demand and capacity.
• Monitor KPIs for production and logistics.
