Iro&Partners Personal- u. Managementberatungs-GmbH seeks a Hands-on Head of Production for its Pordenone facility to lead all manufacturing operations, drive efficiency and ensure timely delivery of high-quality machine tools.

The role focuses on production planning, cost control, and cross-functional leadership in a global industrial group. The ideal candidate has substantial leadership experience in industrial production, strong background in Lean Manufacturing, and familiarity with ERP

Competenze

Technical education or university degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
Several years of leadership experience in industrial production.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and process optimization.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and shopfloor management.
Experience with ERP systems; SAP is an advantage.

Mansioni

Develop and execute the production plan in line with business priorities and customer commitments.
Monitor production progress and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
Balance production capacity and available resources to ensure on-time delivery.
Lead all production departments and optimize production flow.
Manage production budget and monitor costs; drive cost reduction initiatives.
