Atlas Copco BLM in Italy seeks an Industrialization Manager to ensure robust product industrialization, bridge R&D and Operations, and drive digital transformation through PLM, MES, and lean initiatives. You will lead the Industrialization team and collaborate with multiple functions to improve quality, cost and competitiveness.
The role emphasizes structured, proactive process evolution and strong execution discipline to achieve manufacturing readiness before ramp-up.
Competenze
- Engineering degree is required.
- 3+ years in Industrialization, Manufacturing Engineering, NPI or similar.
- Experience in product industrialization and R&D-to-production transfer.
- Proven team leadership and organizational development experience.
- Strong knowledge of industrial processes and manufacturing systems.
- Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of ERP/PLM/MES is a plus.
- Fluent in Italian and English.

- Ensure manufacturing readiness of new products before ramp-up.
- Strengthen R&D-Operations interface with clear ownership and risk visibility.
