Job summary

Atlas Copco Group in Paderno Dugnano, Lombardy, is seeking an Industrialization Manager to ensure robust product industrialization and a smooth transfer from R&D to production. This full-time, on-site role reports to the Operations Manager and drives lean initiatives and digital transformation (PLM, MES).

You will lead the Industrialization team, coordinate with R&D, Production, Supply Chain and Quality, and champion structured, proactive processes to improve cost, quality, and manufacturing

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in management roles within Industrialization, Manufacturing Engineering, NPI or similar.
• Strong experience in product industrialization and transfer from R&D to production.
• Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure manufacturing readiness of new products before ramp-up.
• Strengthen the R&D-Operations interface with clear ownership.
• Reduce time to industrialization through planning and coordination.
• Lead and develop the Industrialization team with coaching.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, Supply Chain and Quality.
